BaptistBlogs.com is a site that was stiving to become THE online community of Baptist Bloggers. We looked at their objectives, and created an entire identity for them. From the logo to the look and layout of the site, we designed it all. Brand recognition has seen an increase, as well as returning traffic to the site. We then added a social networking layer to the site to increase user interaction and time on the site. Users are able to become a "supporting" member and get many cool features such as domain mapping, many plugins, and premium themes.

Reformu.com is the home page for Reformers Unanimous a Local Church Addictions Program based in Rockford, IL. The ministry had their previous design for about five to six years, and it was lacking in a number of areas. We first analyzed the site with the client, and determined what they liked about it, and what they felt needed to be changed. The first problem was that the site colors were too dark, making navigation somewhat difficult. To compound the issue, there was voluminous amounts of information on the site, but much if it was not easy to find. Furthermore, the site was declining in traffic, and the ministry wanted the addicted of the world to find the site as a bridge to the local Church by typing common, addiction related search terms into a search engine. Lastly, the client wanted to use the website as a platform for communicating to the several hundred Reformers chapters across the globe.

Steve Curington is the founder of Reformers Unanimous, a Christian addictions program. He has been helping the addicted find Christ and live victoriously for over a decade. In this time, he has realized that these truths he has been teaching can be very helpful for those complacent pew dwellers who are living defeated lives. However, they may not relate to going to an addiction program for discipleship. We had to communicate these truths in a package that is geared toward Christians without addictions. We also wanted this site to be a platform for Steve's itinerant ministry to local Churches.

The solution? SteveCuringtonMinistries.com communicates effectively the ministry of Brother Curington. We decided on a similar design as his other sites to provide continuity. Then a logo design of him with the cross encapsulates the victorious Christian life that is central to Brother Curington's ministry.

We utilized writings of Brothers Curington's as content on the the site; we also put up a travel schedule, bio, and scheduling information to help Churches learn more about Steve's ministry to Churches. Also included is information about the Joybelles, a traveling music group that accompanies Brother Curington. We then implemented a blog that is updated several times a week and a feed of Brother Curington's facebook, twitter etc. Finally, we placed Brother Curington's teachings online in audio and video format to develop word of mouth. Future efforts will include more video content, advertising, Search Engine Optimization, and content update.

Steps to Grace is a dance academy located in Rockford, Illinois that teaches a variety of dance styles including ballet, lyrical, step classes etc. Steps to Grace approached us with a desire to dramaticaly improve the effective web presence. They wanted a site that would convey grace, but without being so feminine that it discouraged potential customers that were boys. Steps had a strong desire to also increase customers through SEO (search engine optimization), but was unsure how to proceed.

We delivered a site that made strong use of blues, but at the same time we maintain the feel of grace through fonts, and logo design. The final product has dramatically improved conversion of visitors into customers. In addition through a 12 month SEO plan, Steps has seen a profound increase in traffic and has first page search results for every major keyword.

The Friends of the Abraham Lincoln Farm is an organization that sells deeds to Abraham Lincoln's family farm, and donates the proceeds to charity. They had a vision for the site that it would be retail friendly, but still retain the historic feel, and overall grandeur befitting America's most beloved president. We chose colors that were classic, and earthy like a log cabin. We used strong retail sense but without cheapening the overall purpose of the site.
